1. How to Make a Complaint

When making a complaint, please include:

- Details of the treatment or service you are complaining about

2. Complaints Procedure
Once we receive your complaint:
- We will acknowledge it within 3 working days.
- The complaint will be investigated by a senior member of staff.
- We aim to provide a full response within 15 working days.
- If additional time is required, we will notify you and provide an expected resolution date.
3. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response:
- You may escalate your complaint to the General Dental Council (GDC) or other relevant regulatory bodies.

4. Confidentiality
All complaints are handled confidentially. Information will only be shared with staff involved in resolving the issue or as legally required.
